Handling Grievances & Disciplinaries Stage 2

This is the second stage of the linked course for union representatives and Branch Officers who wish to improve their skills and confidence in dealing with members problems in the workplace.

This second stage will examine in more detail the process of case analysis and case preparation and importance of good case presentation.

Taken together these two courses will provide an invaluable opportunity for representatives to improve their advocacy skills.
