Your holiday entitlement will vary depending on who you work for.
The minimum leave entitlement, is currently 4.8 weeks (24 days for a full time employee) and this will increase to 5.6 weeks on 1 April 2009. This entitlement includes bank holidays.
Most of our members are entitled to more leave than this and the amount will be shown in your employment contract or in the staff handbook for your organisation.
