UNISON BRANCH LOTTERY FUND

 In line with striving to improve benefits to members, The Northumberland Local Government Branch of Unison would like to offer you the opportunity of taking part in a Branch Lottery Fund. The deduction of lottery monies would be through the payroll system i.e £1 per month per chance.

There are approximately 5,000 members in this Branch so the payout could be quite a substantial amount and the more people that join the higher the payout will be. There will be no rollovers so there will be a guaranteed jackpot winner every month plus a second and third prize.

For example, one of our Branches within the region with approx 7,000 members has a first prize of approximately £750 EVERY month with a second prize of £250 and a third of £50.

50% of the monies collected will be paid out as prize money, the remaining money, after administration costs, will be utilised to benefit our members for social events, Branch campaigns and greatly reduced ticket prices.
